This tutorial shows how to make an easy and very mouthwatering strawberry bread in no time! As it’s mentioned in the video, first you preheat the oven and grease two loafpans thoroughly then sprinkle it with some flour to make sure the dough doesn’t stick.
Then you dice up some srawberries – around two cups – put them in a bowl along with some granulated sugar and put the bowl ont he side. The batter part is really easy to make. You put 3 1/8 cup of flour into a large bowl, then add 2 cups of sugar, 1 tbsp of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and stirr together. Back to the strawberries, you mix them with ¼ cup of vegetable oil and 4 eggs. Then pour this mixture on the dry ingredients and stir them together until you get a nice batter. You can add pecans, walnuts or other kinds of nuts if you like. After that you divide the batter into the two loafpans and bake the loafs until it’s nice brown on the outside and the toothpick inserted in the middle of the loaf comes out clean. You have to wait until they cool off to slice the loafs, then serve the slices with some ice-cream or whipped cream and extra strawberries!
